No Drawing.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, XVALTER F. BURDEN, a subject of the King of Great Britain, and a resident of the city of Victoria, in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, have invented a certain new and useful Composition of Matter to be Used as Calcimine, or" which the following is a specification.
The composition consists of the following ingredients, combined in the proportions stated for one ton of calcimine, viz
China clay Q00 lbs. Ground whiting 1,419 lbs. Cold water glue 125 lbs. Lead acetate 30 lbs. Powdered alum 25 lbs. Oleate of lead llb.

as occurs with other calcimine compounds, also the respective coats do not perish and decay as in straight glue calcimine.
The oleate of lead may or may not be used, but if dispensed with an additional pound of whiting should be added to make up the weight per ton.
What I claim as my invention is:
1. The herein described composition of matter comprising china clay, ground whiting, cold water glue, lead acetate, and powdered alum.
2. The herein described composition of matter consisting of china clay, ground whiting, cold water glue, lead acetate, powdered alum, and oleat'e of lead.
3. The herein described composition of matter comprising china clay four hundred pounds, ground whiting fourteen hundred and twenty pounds, cold water glue one hundred and twenty-five pounds, lead acetate thirty pounds, and powdered alum twenty-five pounds.
4. The herein described composition of matter, consisting of china clay four hundred pounds, ground whiting fourteen hundred and nineteen pounds, cold water glue one hundred and twenty-five pounds, lead acetate thirty pounds, powdered alum twenty-five pounds, and oleate of lead one pound.
