A I claim as my invention:
1.111 a vehicle, the combinationwith a body and a swinging axle support hinged thereto, of a tivo-part adjustable radius rod connecting the .support and body and embodying a latch 'member pivoted to one element and a socket member pivotedto the other, said members being loosely guided to rslide longitudinally one-upon thek other and loosely pivoted to their carrying elements to have universal movement thereon to permit the latch member to be deflected laterally into and out of locking engagement. with the socket member.

In a vehicle, the combination with a body and a sivingingaxlevsupport hinged thereto, of a two-part adjustableradius rod connecting the support and bodyfand embodyinga latch member pivoted to one element and a socket member pivoted Vto the other, said members being looselyguided one upon the other and loosely/.pivoted to permit the latch member to be deflected laterally into and out of locking engagement with ythe socket Vmember,and a keeper slidable upon the members toward and from y:the point of their guiding contact to retain the latch member in locking engagement With the socket member.

The combination with a vehicle saddle, a supporting frame hinged at its upper end to said saddle and provided at its lower end with an axle, and a truss member connecting said saddle and said frame, said truss member including a rod having a fixed pivotal Athrough angles to said bar, said bar having a hole iny said bent end and having holes at intervals along the length of the bar, said rod passing g said hole in the bent end of saidY bar and having a portion projecting toward said bar and adapted toV enter into any one of said other holes in the bar for adjusting the length of the truss member, and means for releasably kholding the end of said rod` in said holes in the bar.
