Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 132,?595, dated November 5, 1872.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, BRUCE O. Borer and TIMOTHY BRYANT, of Ghateaugay, in the county of Franklin and State of New York, have invented an Improved Milk-Cooler, of which the following is a specification:
Theinvention consists in improving our cooler patented June 18, 1872, by dispensing with the bottom of cooler, by which a large percentage of metal is saved, and the milk brought more directly into contact with the cooling-surfaces, and arranging the cooler within the milkpan.
In the drawing, Figure l is a longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 is a top view partly broken out.
A represents a cooler provided with longitudinal and transverse partitions on a. This cooler has a top, A, but is constructed without any bottom.
