Be it known that I, THOMAS.H. REED, a
citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Newark, county of Essex, and State of New Jersey, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in .Phonograph- Reproducers, of' which the following is a. full, clear, and exact description, such as willenable others skilled in the art t9 which it pertains to make, construct, and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to characters of refer- .ence marked. thereon, forming a part of this i ner, thestylus lever being attached'to the diaphragm andhaving one end pivotally and yieldingly mounted upon the sound box casing, and means for adjusting the tension of the diaphragm; and it'further comprises means for regulating the tension of the diaphragm and for balancing the reproducing lever with casing. 4 V
Referring to the accompanying drawings, in which l have illustrated one. preferable embodiment of my invention, I will proceed to describe the same, havingit-understood that 1 am not limited to the specific details shown and described, as it is manifest that these may be modified without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
