Be itknown that we, ROBERT A. WI SON, of l/vatertown, in the county of Middlesex and ALL N P. WILSON, of Waltham, in the county of Mid: dlesex and Stat vented certain new and useful Improve- ,ments in Chip-Receptacles for Pencil-Pointers; and we do hereby declare the following specification, taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, forming a part of the same, to be a full, clear, and exact description thereof. V

,This application is a divisional application of applicants pending applicatioir Serial No. 806,757, filed December 15th, 1913.

The invention but more particularly to a novel form of chip receptacle for use in connection therewith, and has for its object to provide a chip receptacle that is completely inclosed and has a non-transparentend-portions.

To these ends the invention consists in the novel construction and arrangement of parts hereinafter described and more particularly set forth in the claims.
