Be it knownthat we, CHARLES F. WAL- 4LACE and MAnTiN-F. TIERNAN, citizens of the United States, residing atTompkinsville, borough of Richmond, county of Richmond, and State of New York, and Jamaica, county 4of Queens, and State of New York, respectively, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Valves, of which the 'fol lowing is a full, clear, and exact description.
