Application filed December 1, 1913.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, ALEXANDER Y. MCDONALD and DANIEL SULLIVAN, of Glace Bay, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Dominion of Canada, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Table- Dishes, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to improvements in table dishes, and the object is to prevent the dripping of gravies, water or liquids from the dish onto the table cloth. It consists essentially of a recess or flange formed around the side of the dish and adapted to catch any side drippings, all as herein after more fully set forth and described in the accompanylng specification and drawings. As many changes could be made in the above construction and many apparently widely different embodiments of our invention, within the scope of the claim, constructed without departing from the spirit or scope thereof, it is intended that all matter contained in the accompanying specification and drawings shall be interpreted as illustrative and not in a limiting sense.
