being propelled by means of the traveling nut 7 operatively associated with the screw portion 12 of said strap. The guide strap is formed with lateral shoulders 11 to re tain the sliding guides orregisters 13 to be hereinafter described. The said strap 11, further, is provided with the adjusting screw l2 'by means of which the strap may be drawn taut when in position.
Sliding guide 13, 13 of oblong formation are arranged upon said guide strap and each one carries an elongated finger 14 adapted to project over the paper 15 While one edge of said paper is kept true by the abutting straight edge of the guides 13. To
move the paper lengthwise of the plate 1 the screws 8 are rotated thus causing the traveling nuts 7 to move the pin blocks together with the guide strap and the guides arranged on said strap. It is obvious that a fine adjustment of the paper with relation to the plate is possible in this manner.
