To all 107mm 'may Concern? y Be it known that L Grenen L. WINTERS, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented certain useful Improvements in Sanitary Garbage- Gans7 of which the following is a specifica tion, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing.
This invention relates to improvements in sanitary garbage cans, one object of the invention being the provision of a can in which the cover is provided with a disinfectant carrying means, so that the odor from the garbage may be neutralized or entirely obliterated.
A' further object of this invention is the i provision-of a device of this character which is simple, durable and inexpensive in construction, and thoroughly etlicient andpractical in use.

Referring tothe drawings, the numeral 5 designates the can proper which may ,be made of any shape or size, and --S indicates the cover.
This cover is provided with the two handles 7 by means of 'which the cover may be eie vated.
Carried by the cover are the tubes 8, here shown in cruci-orm formation, said tubes being provided with openings 9 therethrough and with a small tube 10 having a screw cap il for the reception. of the disinfectant.
