Be it known that I,IsnAC M. MILBANK, of, Greeniield Hill, in the county of Feirlield and Sta-te ot'Gonneeticut, have'invented und inude an Improvement in Cartridges. for Fire-Arms; and the following is declared to 'be a. Correct description thereof.
