In carrying my invention into practice,

use a covering or envelop of soft absorbent fabric e preferably cotton Woven in tube form with a filling of cotton b or other suitable absorbent material distributed through out an' intermediate portion of the tube covering. I then stitclitbe ends of the filling and the covering together as at l forining a complete closure for the filling and insurfing its retention in an evenly distributed condition.
