It sometimes happens that the shuttle is not properly boxed in the shuttle box on the weft replenishing side of the loom, that is to say, the shuttle does not come to restin position to permit a bobbin with a fresh supply of filling to be inserted in the shuttle; If at such times the transferrer hammer is actuated to transfer a new bobbin into the shuttle, a serious accident is likely to occur. To prevent such contingency, 'looms are commonly provided with a device known in the weaving art as a revoker, which effectively prevents the ope-ration of the weft replenishing mechanism when the shuttle is improperly boxed. The filling engaging tip -26 of the present invention is so constructed --that one part thereof, namely, the left-hand end 64 which projects rearwardly toward the bobbin slightly farther than the right-handend, performs the filling feeling function while the right-hand,
