Be it knownthat I, Jim/[Es ARCHER, of I Springfield; in the county of W alworth and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new and I useful Improvement in Flows; and I do declare that the following is a true and accurate description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the lettersof reference marked thereon, and being a part of I this-specification.

The invention consists in the peculiar construction of a double mold-board plow with an ---In the drawings, A represents a horizontal -metallie bar, terminating in a plow-point, a. Midway of the length of this bar rises the me- -tallicplow-standard -B, from which and the wings of the point the mold-boards O extend outwardly, properly braced and secured to the standard and beam.

The rear end of the plow-'beam is pivoted by a bolt to one of a series of holes, a, so thatby means of the key the beam may have any desired pitch, as well as be adjusted in any horizontal plane, whereby a deep or shallow cut may be taken.

The advantages of the use of this implement will readily be seen, as by it, with a single horse, the billing of potatoes and corn is effected with great ease and rapidity, while with two horses, and gaged to take a deep out, it becomes a most efiticient potato-digger.
