To all whom it may concern.'
Be itknown that I, HARRISON T. CLARK, a `citizen of the United States, residin the city and vcounty of San Francisco, tate of California, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Conveyers; and I do declare the following to be a clear, full, and exact description ofl the saine, such as 4will enable others skilled in the artto which 'conveyer will count out a given number ot articles by means of tilting distributing paddles and then present a-clear conveying surface ready-or-receiving a similar number of articles'. and again distributing -them acp-redetermined number, the entire operation being designed to be performed automatically and in a quick, ready and eihcient manner.
A further object of the` invention is to produce a simple and inexpensive device and yet one which willbe exceedingly eiiective for the purposes for which it is designed.
These objects, I accomplish by means of such structure andrelative arrangement of. the parts as Will fully appearby a perusal` of the following speciiication and claims.

Having this described my invention what l claim as new and useful and desire to secure by Letters Patent is:
