Instead of operating the locking device for the 'arm by pneumatic means asabove described, mechanical means maybe utilized for thisl purpose; and in Fig, 5 the ,pair of levers j which are understood as extensions of the cam provided hubs 'l' have a thrust rod lV connected therewith `which extends in substantial parallelism with and' to or near the outer end of the arm and adapted to' be operated manually.
This invention is susceptible of changes of minor, character, and in respect of details ofv construction without departing therefrom or sacrificing the advantages thereof as' defined in the appended claims.A
