Having thus fully set fo'rth my invention, what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is r* l. A lamp casing, comprising a cylindrical shell provided with a flaring front portion, and having formed in the Wall thereof' at the top and bottom integral panels to afford respectively an oil font receptacle and a hood for the body of the lamp, and a shield closing the rear end'of the lamp body and carpyingr a tube atjits upper end which communicates with said hood.
2. A lamp casing, comprising a shell having a rounded rear end forming a chamber, sald rounded rear end of the lamp having an aperture to receive a supporting standard, and :1 shield within the lamp body closing the inner end of said chamber.
In testimony whereof, I sign this specification in the presence of two Witnesses.
