Wrncnnnr, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bellevue, in the county of Huron and State of Ohio, have invented-certain new and useful Improvements in Metallic Structures for Soda-Fountains, of which the following is a specification.

My invention relates to improvements in metallic structures for soda fountains, and similar or analogous structures, and is particularly designed and adapted for use in connection with that class er-type of soda fountain construction disclosed and claimed in Patent No. 972,137, issued October 4.

The primary object of the invention is to entirely eliminate wood amaterial in .such structures, and to provide a generally in View, the invention consists in the novel improved metallic structure or frame-work for securing, supporting and reinforcing the marble wallsthereof, whereby a generally improved J structure of durability is provided. With the above-mentioned and other ends great strength and construction, arrangement, and combination of parts, hereinafter described, illustrated in some of its embodiments. in the accompanying drawings, and particularly po nted out in the appended claims. 7
