Tha Schedule referred to these Letters Patent and. making part of the same Y i I, EDWARDW. BRETTELL, ofthe city of Elizabeth, in the State of New Jersey, have made an Improvement in Vthel Caps used for Levers for House-Bells, of which the following is a specieation.
