What is claimed is A circuit closer comprising a substantially U-shapetl supporting frame, one end of the frame being formed with a clamp, a coiled ref-motile spring connected with the other end of the frame, insulated blocks fixed to the frame in spaced relation to each other, resilient contact fingers spaced from each other and having out-turned base port-ions resting upon the blocks, binding screws? passed through the base portions of the in gels and engagerl in the blocks and adapted for connection with current Wires of an electric circuit, a U-shapecl clamp connected to the spring and arranged between the fingers v EDMOND REMACLE.
