A device of the character described comprising a belt provided with companion front and back supporting tapes, each including a vertical member and a member diagonally disposed with relation thereto, said members being spaced apart and secured at their upper ends to the belt,- the diagonally disposed members being secured to the adjacent vertical member at their lower ends, whereby the lower terminals of the tapes are prevented from shifting inwardly when the device is in use on the wearer, a napkin support, provided with tabs at its corners, and means for detachably securing the lower terminals of the tapes to said tabs.
