To all whom 15 may concern:
Be it known that I, NIcuoLas J. Scnmcn- Tnu, a citizen of the United States, residing at Gettysburg, in the county otl Potter and State o'l South Dakota', have invented certain new and uselul lniprovehients in lSilos,
of which the lollowi'ng is a specilication,
provide a circular silo of this type so constructed as to eliminate the use, of bands or hoops for holding the body timbers together. ,'lhe invention also aims to provide a silo having a body formed of vertical timbers, the ends ot' which are oppositely beveled so that the base and cover of said silo will tend to hold the body together.
Another object of the invention is, to provide a novel method of fastening silo doors 1n position.
lvVith these and other objects in View, as shall become apparent as the description proceeds, the invention Aconsists in certain novel constructions and arrangement of parts as I sh'all hereinafter fully describe and claim.
