From the above it will be seen that I have 5 constructed a simple, novel and practical device which is simple in construction and operation and inexpensive of manufacture.

1, In a. device of the character described, the combination of a wheeled receptacle, a wheel supported housing movable with respect to the receptacle a rotary brush Within said housing, rollers secured to the rear of said housing and arranged on each side thereoil guides formed on the forward end dirt into said housing through said opening,
means for raising the housing and (lumping the contents into the receptacle, and a door hinged to the rear of said housing for swinging movement and adapted to open when the housing is raised to dump the contents.

In a device of the character described, the COll'llJlllfllIlOYl of a wheeled receptacle, a wheel supported housing movable with respect to the receptacle, a rotary brush within said housing, sul'istantially horizontally arranged loops secured to the top of said housing, a U-shaped bar having its intcn mediate portion disposed within said loops and its ends pivotally secured to the sides oi the receptacle and a lever formed on one side of said bar to raise the housing and dump the contents 'nto the receptacle.
4:. in a device of the character described, the combination of a wheeled receptacle, a wheel supported housing movable with respect to the reccptacle, a rotary brush within said housing, loops secured to the top of said housing, a bar pivotally secured to the receptacle and movably engaging with the loops, a handle lever carried by the bar whereby the housing may be raised to dump the contents thereof into the receptacle.
