for clampin slitted cylindrical curtain pole, of a sheave,
and a bracket for securing the sheave to the pole comprislng a U-shaped member having spaced bearing portions for engaging the cylindrical surface of the pole, and means for clamping the bracket to the pole, adapted during the clamping action to force the meeting edges of the slitted pole together.
5. The combination With a cylindrical curtain pole, of a sheave, and a bracket for securing the sheave to the pole comprising a U-shaped member having spaced bearing portions for engaging the cylindrical surface of the pole, a bolt'secured to the base of the U and extending through the pole,
and a nut on the bolt for clamping the spaced bearing portions against the eylindrical surface.
6. The combination with a split tube or pole provided with alining apertures, one of the apertures passing through the slit, of a sheave, and a bracket for detachably securing the sheave to the pole con'lprising a U- shaped member having spaced bearing portions arranged upon opposite sides of and spaced from the slit, a bolt secured to the base of the U and extending through said alining apertures, and a nut on the bolt for clamping the spaced bearing portions against the surface of the tube whereby the meeting edges of the slitted portion are held together.
