Be it known that I, JOHN W. STEPHEN- SON, a resident of Toledo, in the county of Lucas and State of Ohio, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Track-Fastenings, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which-' .Eigure 'l is a view partly .in side eleva tion and partly in vertical section shcwing any improvedtrack fastening as applied to a rail brace; Fig.1.? is an end view thereof; Fig. 3 is a plan E view; Figs. My invention has relation to track fastenings, being more particularly an improvement upon the track fastening described and claimed in my Patent .No. 1,010l97l dated Dec. 5, 1911. In that patent, I have v described and claimed a track fastening comprising a bendable key member adapted to be used in securing in place themernber' l or members of a railway track structure.
