The invention having been set forth, what is claimed as new and useful is In a razor honing machine, a base having supporting standards thereon, a shaft journaled therein, a pair of parallel spaced apart honing disks on the shaft, a standard, means for adjusting the last standard transversely of the disks, a razor holder pivoted to the last standard, means for rotating th'e disks, a rock shaft having connections with the v diskl rotating means, a rod extending slidably to the lowe'r endl of the razor holder and having connections with the rock shaft, yieldable means on each side of the lower end of the holder, 'and means threaded on the rod' for adjusting the tension of the yielding means, the yieldable means constituting means for throwing the razor yieldably 1n contact with first one and then the other of the honing disks.
