Abstract
A test bench for measurement of the value of leakage for determination of the value of leakage in articles intended for operation with two directions of flow rate of working medium equipped with tightening unit (ZS1), this tightens the inlet of the controlled article (BW), and tightening unit (ZS2), that tightens the output of the controlled article (BW), this has working chambers (K1) and (K2), filled with compressed gas for implementation of hydraulic test. At that it comprises a control chamber (KO) connected to the sealing unit (ZS2), that seals the output of the controlled article (BW), this one through installed in sequence valves (Z3) and (Z4) is connected to the source of compressed gas at the same pressure as the pressure of the gas that comes from the source of compressed gas to respective working chambers (K1) and (K2) of the controlled article (BW). Besides that it comprises a measuring device (M) for measurement of pressure drops connected in parallel to the valve (Z4), through that one gas is fed to control chamber (KO), and intended for measurement of pressure difference between the control chamber (KO) and controlled working chambers (K1) or (K2) of the controlled article (BW). At that at the inlet of the first working chamber (K1) of the controlled article (BW) a valve (Z2) is installed through which it is connected to the source of compressed gas, and air valve (Z1), and at the inlet of the second working chamber (K2) of the controlled article (BW) a valve (Z5) is installed, through this one it is connected to the source of compressed air, and air valve (Z6).
