Abstract

The method of complex treatment of stable vitiligo involves the introduction of co-cultured keratinocytes and melanocytes into the depigmented area of the skin, followed by phototherapy. Initially, in two selected areas of normally pigmented skin, 3 to 3 in diameter, pigmentation is induced by 5 sessions of 311 nm narrowband phototherapy every day, starting at 120 mJ / cm, each time increasing the dose by 20%, then after local infiltration anesthesia. -biopsies collect skin biopsies from which, in the conditions of the biotechnology laboratory, keratinocytes and melanocytes are isolated and cultured for the further manufacture of individualized cell preparation and treatment. Apply anesthesia to the depigmented areas of the skin, inject the patient's own plasma enriched with platelets in an amount of 1 ml per 10 frosts for 2-3 weeks, repeating the procedure 2-3 times, then inject the above individualized cell preparation starting from the next day, irradiate these vitiligo sections with NBUVB 311 nm with an initial phototherapy dose of 80 mJ / cm, increasing the dose of each subsequent session by 20%, a general course of 20-30 procedures every other day. Control of pigmentation recovery is carried out in dynamics and after the treatment by digital dermatoscopy.
