Abstract
The invention relates to electronics and can be used in audio systems etc. A commutation power amplifier comprises a commutation stage, which output serves as an amplification output, and a logic device, which input is the amplifier input, analogue signal of the amplifier. Two outputs of the logic device, thereof modulated signals are connected to the first and second inputs of commutation stage. Two outputs of the logic device are the outputs of pulse modulated signals which are proportional on one output – to a positive signal, on the other output – to a negative signal components of the shifted signal, which are a sum of positive and negative values, respectively a sum and a difference. The amplifier is characterized by low harmonic distortions for low signals and has high output-input ratio.
