Abstract

A method for repair of linear parts of pipelines, mostly by means of metal sleeves, is in fact that to under-sleeve space of a preliminarily heated pipe and sleeve one fills under pressure melted metal or alloy. After under-sleeve layer cures one determines pressure change in the under-sleeve space, caused by shrinking of metal or alloy. By total change of pressures in the pipe and under-sleeve space one calculates adhesion coefficient k. The pipe and the sleeve are heated with smelting under-sleeve layer, after that with additional filling under pressure melted metal one forms in under-sleeve space pressure chosen from condition, where- pressure in the pipeline at instant of the end of sleeve filling. For the pipe and the sleeve heating one uses an inducer. Control of filling under-sleeve space is carried out by method EMA. Technical result: increase of quality of repair.
