A method for extraction and processing of methane from gas-hydrate deposits includes supply of molten-salt coolant to gas-hydrate deposits. The heat carrier is worked out not to the expiry of its melting potential, but to value of salt concentration in the molten-salt coolant at which maximum gas pressure from melting gas-hydrates is developed, value of that is determined by intersection of the curve of hydrate formation for molten-salt coolant with initial concentration with isotherm of earth on pressure-temperature phase diagram for the system methane-brines. Gas extraction is carried out through the outlet window of a casing string to residual pressure that exceeds pressure of hydrostatic column of sea water by 0.5÷3.0 MPa. Addition of fresh molten-salt coolant is carried out at minimum pressure at well bottom zone due to maximum pressure of gas collected at sea surface in maximum pressure gas accumulator.
