Abstract

The invention relates to the multistaged treatment of water, particularly to the processes for recirculated treatment of water by flotation combined with other types of treatment, and can be used for the treatment of potable water in everyday life and food industry, and also for the advanced treatment of technical and waste water of industrial enterprises. The process for deep treatment (advanced treatment) of water, mainly potable, by which the treatment of water in purifying module (aggregate) (1) is carried out, comprises flotation treatment of the treated water in flotator (2) by means of air-and-water mixture, incoming from ejector (3), bubbly-film extraction of surfactants with the help of bubbly-film extractor (BFE) (4), and also the outlet of the treated water and removal of surfactants. According to the invention complex treatment (advanced treatment) of water is carried out at least in one purifying module (1), comprising one circular multistage cycle for the treatment (advanced treatment) of water, by which additionally filtration of water through bulk sand filter (5) is carried out. Then filtered water is outlet with the help of drainage- exhaust device (6) and given to the bacterial treatment of water in ultraviolet lamp (UV lamp) (7). After that flotation treatment of clarified water in flotator (2) is carried out by air-and water mixture, incoming from ejector (3), and bubbly-film extraction of surfactants with the help of bubbly-film extractor (BFE) (4). Then additionally biological treatment of water is carried out in aerobic bioreactor (8) with loading, consisting of activated carbon with colony of aerobic heterotrophs, incubated in it, and then repeated supply of water to the next circular multistage cycle of water treatment – recycling is carried out, and the outlet of the treated water is carried out after repeated recycling. The increasing of treatment (advanced treatment) degree and quality of water is achieved by means of the process therein.
