Abstract

An optical-electronic information and power network for control of transportation and information flows and main traffic arteries lighting relates to communication and data transmission systems. The system comprises a power plant, a user terminal, surveillance cameras, an optical fiber, a trunk optical fiber and a metal coating of trunk optical fiber, a voltage reduction unit, a center for transport flow control. The last one comprises a user terminal control server, a video monitoring information server and a server for processing data from the other devices connected to an information storage server. The trunk optical fiber comprises three parts: first, second and third. The server for user terminals control and server for processing data from the other devices connected to a central commutator unit which consists of a commutator for user terminal control line and commutator for data transmission line. Both slave and master user terminals have the same construction and comprise a multichannel optoelectronic programmable timer, a control microcontroller, switches, matrixes of white-emitting high-brightness light-emitting diodes of white, red, yellow and green light emission, 1...n light installations comprising matrixes of high-brightness light-emitting diodes of white light emission, a unit for light installation control. A unit for distribution and display of video information from each surveillance camera comprises distribution and video information display units. The technical result is increase of information and power exchange and control of transportation flows and interactive control of traffic arteries lightening; all functions are implemented on the base of the integrated network.
