Abstract

Steering system for turning of axle body and additional half-frames of a tractor contains hydraulic-steering wheel, control channels of which are associated with the hydraulic cylinders of relative rotation which are connected by a vertical hinge of half-frames on wheels. The control channels of hydraulic-steering wheel are connected to the hydraulic-cylinders of rotation of half-frames through a stabilizer of alignment to half-frames containing signaling hydraulic-cylinder whose cavities are connected through oil ducts to the control channels of hydraulic steering wheel. The rod is connected to a compressed centering spring, which is compressed with a threshold force and is mounted between the movable and fixed stops, with the possibility of even greater compression by the signal hydraulic cylinder at a corresponding pressure therein. The signal hydraulic cylinder connects the half-frames through hydraulic valve, whose control channels are connected with the oil ducts to hydraulic cylinders for turning the half-frames. The axle body is connected to the half-frames by hinge, placed at a side wall of the half-frame, and also to the hydraulic cylinder for turning the half-frames which is placed on the opposite side of the same half-frame and cavities of this hydraulic cylinder are connected to the control channels of the steering wheel in parallel to the signal hydraulic cylinder of stabilizer of alignment to half-frames.
