Abstract
The present invention relates to devices that are used for pouring liquids such as liquid food products, particularly beverages, fruit juice, milk, liquid dairy products from a packaging, which wall is made of a flexible polymeric material, such as a package or a cardboard box, at least a part of the wall of which is made of a polymeric material that can be punctured and sealed. A discharge device is made in the form of a preferably hollow cylindrical pipe, which one end is plugged and made in the form of a cone with a pointed apex, which outer diameter of the base is greater than the outer diameter adjacent with the conical part of the area of cylindrical part; in the wall of the conical part at least one opening is made intended to communicate the interior of pipe with fluid-filled internal space of the container and the outer surface of area adjacent to the conical part from the opposite side of the conical part is limited by a circular flange. The end cylindrical part of pipe opposite to the conical part has an open end. The discharge device may have a removable cylindrical closure, which outer diameter provides its accommodation with an interference fit inside the cylindrical part of the pipe at the opposite end of the conical part. The pipe and closure are made of polymer material by injection molding. A gripper part of the closure can be made as a decorative element, such as a flower. The compact discharge device, for which technical specifications TU U 25.2-2664801151-001:2010 "Universal safety cap" are developed, provides smooth discharging the product and prevent spillage of the product during storage and thus it is suitable for pouring liquid from the container at all times, such as hiking conditions, or when the liquid should be poured from a bag once or when the half-empty bag shall be stored for a short time. Manufacturing the discharge device of polymer material by injection molding facilitates production and reduces the cost, which makes it possible to use it even as a one-time article providing a range of diversity and aesthetics.
