Спосіб прогнозування перебігу саркоїдозу легень, що передбачає дослідження сироватки крові, причому вимірюють концентрацію розчинного рецептора до інтерлейкіну 2 і при її рівні менше 710 Од/мл прогнозують сприятливий перебіг саркоїдозу легень, а при підвищенні концентрації - несприятливий.
