Abstract

Багатопозиційний комбінований привод містить циліндр з передньою і задньою кришками, в якому з утворенням штокової та сполученої з гідравлічними порожнинами дозаторів міжпоршневої порожнини і компенсаційної порожнини. Розміщені в циліндрі поршень з вихідним штоком і додатковий поршень зі штоком, який через осьовий циліндричний отвір, виконаний у задній кришці, виходить за її межі і кінематично з'єднаний з вихідним валом крокового двигуна. Між поршнем з вихідним штоком і додатковим поршнем розміщений проміжний поршень, в якому виконаний наскрізний осьовий циліндричний отвір. З отвором спряжений рухомо хвостовик додаткового поршня, кінець якого з обмежувачем осьового переміщення проміжного поршня, розміщений концентрично в осьовій розточці вихідного штока з утворенням герметичної додаткової камери, яка через осьовий канал у хвостовику і радіальний канал, виконаний у штоці додаткового поршня з'єднана з каналом живлення компенсаційної камери.The multi-position combined actuator comprises a cylinder with front and rear covers, in which the metering of the piston cavity and the compensating cavity are connected with the formation of the rod and the hydraulic cavities connected to the hydraulic cavities. Placed in the cylinder of the piston with the output stem and the additional piston with the rod, which through the axial cylindrical hole made in the rear cover, extends beyond it and kinematically connected to the output shaft of the stepper motor. Between the piston with the output stem and the additional piston is an intermediate piston, which is made through the axial cylindrical hole. The shaft of the auxiliary piston, end of which with the limiter of axial movement of the intermediate piston, is arranged concentrically in the axial bore of the output stem with the formation of a sealed additional chamber which through the axial channel in the shaft and the radial channel made in the rod of the additional piston power compensation camera.
