Abstract

A cultivator comprises a frame with running wheels, stilts with chisel elements attached to said frame. In front of each of the stilts a flat guiding element is arranged. Working edge thereof is made in a convex line oriented groundwards, turned to the soil, with the sharpened lower part. An angle of deflection of the working edge from the front part in the moving direction of the cultivator gradually increases in the direction of a chisel element. A lesser angle of deflection of the working edge of a guiding element from the vertical line, forwarded to the moving direction, is larger than an angle of friction thereof about the soil with plant residues. In the lateral side of the guiding element, turned to the stilt, a longitudinal groove is made, and the upper end of the guiding element is fixed to the frame of the cultivator by projection thereof in such a manner as to allow changing its position. The sharpened lower part of the guiding element is made as a round element, mounted movably as regards to upper nonsharpened part thereof, for example, as a flat disk, freely embraced on the lateral sides by a longitudinal groove and connected to the guiding element by a delta hinge in such a manner as to allow changing position thereof in the vertical direction. The delta hinge is arranged in the guiding element transversally to the moving direction of the cultivator.
