Abstract

Біогазова установка з сонячною батареєю містить резервуар, що накритий утеплювачем, трубу споживача біогазу з краном та компресором, у верхній частині резервуара розміщений бункер завантаження біомаси з першою шиберною засувкою та захисну газорозподільну решітку, в нижній частині резервуара розміщений отвір для видалення відпрацьованого субстрату із другою шиберною засувкою, резервуар обмотано електричним нагрівальним кабелем із терморегулятором, а також трубопровід відпрацьованого субстрату та фекальний насос, гідравлічний перемішувач, який розташований в нижній частині резервуара, блок управління, який з'єднано з терморегулятором, трубопровід циркуляції субстрату, в якому встановлено фекальний насос, а також послідовно з'єднані сонячна батарея, контролер акумуляторної батареї, акумуляторна батарея, інвертор електричного струму, інвертор електричного струму з'єднано електричним кабелем з компресором, фекальним насосом, електричним нагрівальним кабелем, терморегулятором, блоком управління.The biogas plant with a solar battery contains a tank covered with a heater, a pipe of the consumer of biogas with a crane and a compressor, in the upper part of the tank there is a hopper of biomass loading with the first gate valve and a protective gas distribution grate, in the lower part of the tank latch, the tank is coated with an electric heating cable with a thermostat, as well as the pipeline of the spent substrate and the fecal pump, hydraulic detector located at the bottom of the tank, a control unit connected to a thermostat, a substrate circulation pipeline in which a fecal pump is mounted, and a solar cell, a battery controller, a rechargeable battery, an electric inverter, an inverter are connected in series electrical current is connected by electrical cable to the compressor, fecal pump, electric heating cable, thermostat, control unit.
