The invention relates to the methods of seismometry for reception and transformation of vertical component of seismic signal to electric signal. The vertical seismo-receiver includes a transformer of vertical component of seismic signal installed in the body, filled with intermediate material, and device for turn of transformer in vertical plane. The transformer is installed on a ball elastic support with possibility of angular displacement in two normal to each other planes, and the device for turn is arranged as two ferromagnetic discs fixed on the transformer in planes of angular displacement, at that coaxially with respect to ferromagnetic discs on the body two electromagnetic coils are installed. The invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurements of the vertical component of seismic signal and to decrease cross sensitivity.
