Abstract
Дерматом для зрізування тонкого, сітчастого епідермотранслокалізаційного аутодермотрансплантата з кратністю збільшення площі від 1 до 6 складається з півциліндра, робочої поверхні півциліндра, осі, рамки, що кріпиться до осі, плоского ножа, закріпленого на рамці, паралельній робочій поверхні півциліндра. Просвіт між робочою поверхнею півциліндра і ножем регулюється механізмом. Півциліндр утворений технологічною пластиною, зафіксованою на півкругах дерматома. На робочій поверхні півциліндра виконані виступи у вигляді фрагментів довжиною , з кроком , висотою , шириною , відстань між виступами - , при цьому виступи зміщені один відносно одного на 50 %. Робоча поверхня виконана з пластичної маси. Відрізання аутодермотрансплантата разом з лінійними фрагментарними виступами здійснюється на від основи разом з донорською шкірою.
