Abstract
The invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to methods for study of elastic properties of aviation constructions. Namely to methods for determination of axis of rigidity of thin-wall fixed in console way aviation constructions, in particular wings of aircrafts, by means of special methods and devices for realization of those. The method for determination of axis of rigidity of the wing of an aircraft is in application to fixed in console way construction of loading force and measurement of linear displacement in each cross section of the construction under investigation for points of its surface that belong to one plane and one straight line that is parallel to the line of effect of the loading force and is I fact that loading force is applied to the construction with its continuous displacement along the contour of each cross section under study without change of direction of effect of force at one surface of profile of the wing and at the other surface, with simultaneous measurement of displacement of the profile of the wing in any two given points of intersection. Measurement of linear displacements is carried out either in plane of application of loading force to the construction, or in plane parallel to that plane, displacement of loading force along the profile of the construction is performed till setting equality between the displacements that are measured in those two points at the construction, and position of the point of contact of force exciter with one of the surfaces of the wing is at that considered to be one of the points on the surface of the profile of the wing that belongs to the straight line that goes through a point on the axis of rigidity of the construction under investigation in intersection of the construction in which one carries out application of loading force to the construction, with measurement of linear displacements. Measurement of linear displacements is carried out mostly I the points on the upper and the lower surfaces of the profile of the wing that are in vicinity of the toe and the tail element of the wing profile named. Device for the method is claimed as well. Technical result is in provision and determination of position of axis of rigidity of fixed in console way aviation constructions, in particular with of an aircraft, through removal of shortcomings of the prototype.
