Abstract

The invention can be used in the food industry and relates to the universal closures (plugs, caps) with indication of opening, mainly for bottles with elite alcoholic beverages. A closure comprises a housing consisting of two contiguous parts (upper part 2 and lower part 3), a plastic sleeve 4 with internal thread, a splitter 5 having an internal cavity and a dispensing hole made with an external thread, which interacts with an internal thread of plastic sleeve 4. The plastic sleeve 4 is installed inside a housing 1 between the upper 2 plastic part of the housing 1 and the splitter the case the upper part 2 of housing is installed into the plastic sleeve such a way that excludes their simultaneous rotation and axial movement at the initial opening of the device at a distance Δt. According to the first embodiment the plastic sleeve 4 is equipped with a lock that prevents the upper part 2 of the housing 1 from moving down to the initial position, with formation of an unavoidable gap (Δt) between the upper 2 and lower 3 parts of housing 1, this gap indicates the opening. According to the second embodiment the inner surface of upper 2 part of housing is equipped with a lock that keeps it from moving down to the initial position, with formation of an unavoidable gap (Δt) between the upper 2 and lower 3 parts of the housing 1, and this gap (Δt) indicates the opening, and the closure comprises a decorative cover 7 installed by means of mechanical permanent connection on the upper part 2 of housing 1. The decorative cover 7 may be replaced by a decorative element of assembly containing a logo of the consumer company. The technical result of the claimed inventions is to provide a simple and reliable design of a closure device with means for indicating opening, which would satisfy the high consumer quality, delivering high performance, affordable price, increased level of protection against unauthorized opening and pouring-in function, as well as increased comfort when using it.
