Abstract
The invention relates to the heat exchange processes in power engineering and metallurgy. The proposed process includes supplying of reagents, such as fuel and oxidizer, into the chamber of the chemical reactions of oxidation and heat exchange, withdrawal of products of chemical reactions, control of method parameters. The supplying of fuel and oxidizer into the reaction chamber and removal of products of chemical reactions from this chamber are carried out with variable-delivery and synchronously with each other in the vibrational mode. The period of oscillations is of 1-62 minutes. The amplitude of oscillations of reagent consumption and products of chemical reactions is of 20-30 % of the average costs. Products of chemical reactions from the mentioned chamber are withdrawn to the waste-heat boiler, such as economizer or recuperator, in which oxidizer is heated before supplying thereof into the chamber. Oxidizer is supplied to waste-heat boiler in pulse mode. The invention helps to reduce the heat losses, air pollution, more efficient heat transfer.
