Abstract

Заявлений проникний для рідини нетканий матеріал дає можливість рідині організму проникати в матеріал локально, без розтікання по поверхні. Нетканий матеріал включає 100-30 мас. % основних багатокомпонентних волокон зі структурою «серцевина в оболонці». Кожне волокно складається з серцевини із смоли з високою температурою плавлення та оболонки зі смоли з низькою температурою плавлення. На поверхні розрізу, паралельній машинному напрямку нетканого матеріалу, ці основні багатокомпонентні волокна проходять у машинному напрямку, при цьому є звитими у напрямку товщини нетканого матеріалу. На поверхні розрізу, паралельній поперечному напрямку, багатокомпонентні волокна проходять у напрямку товщини і мають середній кут волокна 75° або менше. Основні багатокомпонентні волокна, що перетинаються, є сплавленими одне з одним в результаті плавлення оболонки, виготовленої зі смоли з низькою температурою плавлення.
