Abstract

The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a method for crushing agglomerate in a single-roll toothed crusher by an impact. The method includes application of rotor efforts between grates, for application of efforts impact is generated that occurs due to the rapid release of previously stored energy from the rotor or from the grates or in combination both from the rotor and grates, and application of effort is carried out alternately from one element of the rotor or grate to another or they alternate with each other in another set order. The invention provides reduction of energy consumption and decrease of proportion of coarse fractions in crushed agglomerate.
