В основу корисної моделі поставлене завдання вдосконалити відомий інструмент шляхом введення 70 додаткових елементів, досягає підвищення технологічності, проводити дозований розтин шкірного трансплантата.The useful model is based on the task of improving the well-known tool by introducing 70 additional elements, achieving an increase in manufacturability, and conducting dosed dissection of a skin graft.

Поставлене завдання вирішують тим, що пристрій має лезо, ручку, обмежувальні елементи, гвинти, прокладки, гайки.The task is solved by the fact that the device has a blade, a handle, limiting elements, screws, gaskets, and nuts.

Запропонований дерматом (Фіг.1) складається з ручки 1, обмежувальних тупих елементів 2, гострих 75 елементів З, гвинтів 4, гайок 5, прокладок 6. Дерматом застосовується таким чином. Рельєфний трансплантат розгортають на передньому столику дермою догори, дерматом прикладають обмежувальними елементами у заглиблення так, щоб гострі елементи були на валику і притискуючи проводимо від початку до кінця валика (Фіг.3, 4). При цьому проходить розрізання дермального валика до рівня тонкої частини трансплантата, що приводить до збільшення контактної поверхні лоскута.Dermatome is used as follows.
