Abstract

Method for reveal of sources of infrared radiation relates to measuring engineering and can be used for reveal of sources of weak signals of infrared radiation, that for one sequentially performs reception and transformation by means of a photo-receiver of infrared radiation to electric signal with following amplification and normalization of noise that masks the signal, with detection at increasing level of amplitude selection of the mix of signal and normal noise obtained, with averaging the results obtained, with comparison of frequency of those exceeding the given level of selection of pulses to reference value, and by the results of comparison one makes conclusion on useful signal coming to the input of the photo-receiver and on presence of the source of infrared radiation. In case of registration of continuous infrared radiation, radiation that comes to photo-receiver is modulated with following synchronous to frequency of modulation detection of mix of modulated signal and noise.
