Abstract
The invention relates to heat power engineering and can be used in gas-consuming boiler plants. A boiler plant has a boiler with gas-burner device connected to consumer of thermal energy with supply pipeline and reverse pipeline with connected in sequence network pump and surface water heater, with formation of water circulation circuit of heat supply system, ventilator, surface heat exchanger with air cavity that is connected at inlet to pressure branch pipe of ventilator, air heater with gas and air cavities, at that the gas cavity of air heater is placed in discharge gas duct of boiler, air cavity of air heater at inlet is connected to outlet of air cavity of surface heat exchanger, and at outlet with air duct it is connected to gas-burner device of boiler unit, water heater, gas cavity of that one is connected art inlet to respective gas duct of boiler unit and connected through gas discharge channel equipped with smoke exhauster to chimney, air duct is connected to gas discharge channel between the outlet of water heater and smoke exhauster. Installation is equipped with heat pump circulation circuit of which includes installed in sequence in direction of motion of working substance throttle, evaporator, compressor, condenser, at that evaporator is included to water circulation circuit of heat supply system between consumer of heat and network pump, condenser – between water heater and boiler unit, and between the capacitor and the throttle to the circuit of circulation of working matter of heat pump another cavity of surface heat exchanger is included. The invention provides increase of thermal productivity of the plant and increase of its thermal effectiveness.
