Abstract
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used at dry purification of blast-furnace (top smoke) gas. A method comprises the primary purification of blast-furnace gas in dry dust catcher, further thin purification of blast-furnace gas in bag filters and further use of purified blast-furnace gas for production of electrical power. The temperature of blast-furnace gas is determined after primary purification of blast-furnace gas in dry dust catcher, and blast-furnace gas is cooled with water to temperature which does not exceed the established value but is not smaller dew-point temperature at increased temperature of blast-furnace gas relative to it established value, at that water is sprayed in flow of blast-furnace gas in any direction relativeto direction of flow of blast-furnace gas so that droplets of sprayed water did not contact to internal surface of established volume. Water volume necessary for cooling of blast-furnace gas is determined considering measured values which used for calculation of temperatures of dew loss point. The blast-furnace gas is purified using effect Koanda before directing of blast-furnace gas in bags of bag filter. The method allows to make work resource of purification system of blast-furnace gas not smaller work resource of purification systems of air polluted by dust, with environment temperature.
