Abstract

Device for separating and purifying of granular mixtures comprising loading hopper and turning grid drum with holes set with inclination, under which the fractions collector is located. Inside the drum rotating blades are mounted on the shaft, there is a gap between the ends of the blades and the surface of the drum which is divided into sections with openings of different size which are increased along the drum in the direction outward the hopper. Openings may be either round or slotted or other shape depending on the mixture being separated, and fractions collectors are under the drum and their number corresponds to the number of sections with different openings in the drum. The blades are solid by the drum length and mounted radially from the shaft of rotation, and brushes to clean the drum openings are mounted outside the drum. The drum is covered by casing divided by partitions into sections by length, and sectors size is corresponding to the size of sections with different openings in the drum.
